I got a question about range weapons and their missile. I'll use bows for my example here.

    Bow , +5 Arrow
    +5 Bow , Arrow
    +5 Bow , +5 Arrow

    Are there any difference?

Let say there's a monster that need +4 weapon to damage it. Which of those 3 can be used against that said monster?

the missiles are the things that deal damage and thus need to be +5 (or +4 in your example). The bow's +5 just adds to Attack rating and doesnt change damage due to the fact that the bow doesnt really hit the monster ...unless its a melee bow...hmm mod idea? :p

For purposes of +hit and +damage, the enhancement from the bow and arrows stack together.

However, the ability to bypass damage reduction that requires higher enchancement is ONLY determined by the type of arrow in use.

Pro tip: The Flying Death two-handed throwing axe (from Kuldahar smithy's shop) is easily the most damaging ranged weapon in the whole game if it's used by someone with a good strength.. but it's only a +1 weapon. (HOF version is +3, though.) So it won't do you any good against Iron Golems or most of the tougher demons that require better.
