@Atreides: I find it much more interesting that someone who says he has a "severe visual impairment" lists Civil Air Patrol as a hobby? How does that work?

10. Reading, cooking and baking, shopping, crafts and decor, gardening, bicycling... not that I can do any of these very much since I'm Mom to a toddler!
11. I love the wide variety of well-informed opinions that appears here (mixed in with all the BS).
12. Fresh and well-prepared. Seriously, I love almost every style of cuisine. Pasta is probably my favorite single thing because so much can be done with it.
