    Greetings!

I am ready to do a big upgrade to my computer including a fresh install but would like to port over my IWD 1 and 2 savegames. WIll it be enough to simply save the mpsave directory with all its savegames on disc or do I need to include some cfg or ini files maybe? Sorry if this can be found in some FAQ, I hope it is ok to ask ehre. :)

That's all you need to do. Simply copy the mpsave folder into the Icewind Dale directory, and away you go.

Just make sure to have the same patches and mods installed. Else there might be problems using these save-games.

I agree with Shrikant. Copying the individual save directories under the MPSAVE folder will be fine, as long as you have the same patches and mods installed.
