Went out last night and got pissed up. As is my want. When we were in the club, we went on one of those punch machines, you know the thing where it scores how hard you smack it? Those things are like fckin homing beacons for heterosexual men on a night out. Everyone's got to beat everyone and prove they're the hardest!

Me and my mates clobbered that machine so many times. I was taking run ups and really getting stuck into the bastard. This mormning. my hand bloody THROBS. I can't clench a fist, can't move my wrist very well, my knuckles have been bleeding and I can barely lift my arm. Crap! Don't do it guys, just don't do it...

Got work in about 30 mins and I'm still fit for an Irish funeral to be fair. It doesn't help that I work on an IT helpdesk. Ah well, been here plenty of times before! I think a big greasy fry up from the canteine has my name on this morning. 'Ave it!

    Heh, silly Barmy.

If it makes you feel better, I went out a while ago and there was a rodeo bull machine. THAT hurt the next morning. Reminded me of the Chumbawamba song.
'I get knocked down, but I get up again, you're never gonna keep me down...'

Tip: next time, use your feet. Just make sure you're not completely drunk when you do, otherwise you'll only embarrass yourself.
