Program to read and burn .BIN, .CUE, etc

    Ok, using BitTorrent, i've downloaded some games. However, instead of coming in convenient ISO files, some have come as .BIN, .CUE, .IMG, .CCD, or a mix of some of those. Is there a program that can read them, or that can make them usable?

    Also, after installing games using ISO burning software (roxio), the game seems to work, but even with the play disc in, it asks for me to enter the play disc. I've tried Diablo II, Neverwinter Nights, and GTA:SA, all of which ask for the disc, even though it is inserted. I tried finding no CD hacks, but none that have worked.

    Any help from those less ignorant of computers than I would be much appreciated.
