after installing the DL to skip the first chapter, i am now having problems with NPCs not wanting to talk to me

the game says they "look busy"

i have run this patch before so i know it works, i believe that i was on win 98 before and now im running win XP

do you think it could be incompatible with Win XP?

is there some other issue i should know about?

i dont know if its related or not but my Norton is suddenly acting up too..hmmm

    any ideas?

    thanks

Your problem with nobody talking to you is that you didn't apply the Bioware patch.

Both of those issues are WinXP. As was mentioned, Bioware's official patch fixes that XP bug. As for Norton... ask Symantec tech support.
