Priest Spell for Kivan

    [​IMG] I have the archer Kivan in my party. He has one slot open where he can memorize a priest spell, but there are no "memorized spells" to choose from.

    This is the closest I've gotten to a cleric in BG1, so am I doing something wrong? I would expect a few LV1 spells to populate in the right side so I could choose one.

    The free spell slot is probably just a bug. Rangers can not use cleric spells before they are level 8, and that's pretty much as high as you can get in BG.

    No it's not a bug. If rangers would get spells at that low level, he could inscribe that additional one. But they don't, so he can't.

    [​IMG] I leveled Kivan up today, and the spell slot disappeared. I guess that will remain one of the unsolved mysteries of life!
