Portraits question

    I am having problems with putting custom Portraits into the game. Can any one tell me how this is done? I am obviously doing it wrong.

    Place .bmp files in the folder named "portraits" in the main directory. IIRC 170x90pixles for the big one and 60x40pixles for the small one. tag a L in the end of the big portrait and a S in the small.
    It should look something like this; xxxxxxxL.bmp and xxxxxxxS.bmp Max 8 characters altogether. That should fix it i suppose. I think i had to create a new folder named portraits for my game, cant remember though.

    After i figured that out i ended up playing all my new games with custom portraits ;)

    Thanks. :) We figured it out last night. We were doing that but something still wasnt working. Had to mess around with the pics for a bit. :p

    [​IMG] I too am having trouble with custom portraits; specifically, getting the colors to display properly. Whenever I import a picture, the image is kind of grayed over and dim, rather than full color like the original pic. Any way to fix this? Maybe I just saved the pic with the wrong color scheme...

    The dimensions for portaits are 110x170 and 36x60.
