Funny, we had the same poll just yesterday on the other board that I read regularly!

For me it's Autumn, by far. Those beautiful clear days, just chilly enough to make you want hot soup and a sweater when you go inside. The changing leaves, morning frost, apples and cider, pumpkins, Halloween, college football...

 

Football season! Incidentally starts (premiership anyways) this coming weekend...

For me all seasons have their good points, but perhaps late spring is my favourite. Not too sure though.

 

My favourite is Autumn. There is nothing quite like spending a week-end at the cottage surrounded by a forest of brilliant red, orange and yellow leaved trees with the smell of wood smoke permeating the air from the fire burning in the wood stove or fire place.

 

Autumn's nice, but kind of depressing, knowing that winter is just around the corner (Canadian prairie winters - Brrrr)
I prefer spring - mild temperatures, fresh smells, and knowing that summer is coming up (which begs the question of why summer isn't my favorite; beats me )

 

Winter for me i like the feel of the cold wing on my face and it is a season i don't sweat. I hate sweating for doing nothing

 

All of them're so pretty. I can't decide. But I'll have to say summer, because there's no school.

 

I love to see the changes of nature and weather of both spring and autumn.
Autumn is rather 'romantic' beautiful, Rallymama's view of autumn comes to mind.
Spring makes me feel happy. All new things, florishing and breeding. Praise to Lathander!

 

I love winter for 3 reasons
1. Snow
2. Christmas
3. Cold

I can't stand being too hot, apart from the bees and the wasps it just makes you feel all sweaty and tired. It's horrible

 

I'd say summer...I can go jogging whenever I like and it is a nice break from school. Plus, women walk around with the minimum amount of clothing necessary...oh yes, definitely summer.

 

Autumn as well. Yellow flowers, colored leaves, brisk days wearing shorts and a sweatshirt.

That's the season that I feel in love during, for the first time.

 

Summertime, when all the girls wear miniskirts.

 

I like winter because it's nice and cool, but I like spring too because thats soccer season.

Summer... is just too hot and sticky.
Winter is too cold. (for me)
Spring, is close second behind autumn.

I love autumn for all of the above reasons, the only bad thing is that school term starts then

 

Spring maybe, but there's something cruel about Spring... or is it just I? I don't know. Autumn is the best season for my brain. Winter... many bad things have happened to me in winters, somehow.

I'll go with early Autumn, followed by Spring. I like Summer too, but only sometimes - depending on each particular day.

Just what I like of the autumns here. Dimmed sunlight on the red and yellow leaves. Bit misty, preferably. Smell the air!

 

Winter, followed by Spring. So much more stuff going on then. Summer is boring as hell, and Autumn is depressing with all the dying vegetation.

 

The late autumn - perfect weather for sweaters and blue jeans. I loooooove sweaters weather.

Followed by the winter - good for coffee, heavy leather jackets, and cuddling with the g/f.

 

Beyond any possible doubt, winter. Why, you ask? So many reasons... Let's see, Snow, cold weather, Christmas, more snow, deer season, still more snow, the best pheasant hunting, and, now what am I forgetting? Oh right! Snow.

I really like snow.

 

Winter, christmas? No, you people in the north have it all wrong...
