    Bro is a good word too. Tends to be used among surfers quite often. So its really confusing when i go surfing with my actuall brother and we call each other bro. Oh well, what can i say. I'm easily ammused. ;)

    I can think of another use for the word "thingy", which I hear people use more often. I hate it whenever people can't speak properly. I don't live in the intercity though, so I don't hear a lot of the gang-slang and such.
