The sooner you get out of bed, the smaller is the risk of getting stuck there. A real challenge sometimes, especially if there is only a *short* day ahead.

Well, I wouldn't be able to afford buying a new alarm clock and window every week, but hey, that's what I would do if I could. Monday calls in for a new week of drudgery, of toil, of disappointment, of pressure, and of annoyance. My weeks' downs' far outweigh ups', and to me, fun can only equal weekends.

 

School... Monday morning... double PE... EVILNESS!!

I usually stay in bed for a while then get up because nagging really gets on my nerves

My mother is my alarm clock - perhaps I should try throwing her out the window

 

I never really minded Mondays that much as it is the one day of the week where I am fully rested up. Now Thursdays, on the other hand, with work from 9 to 5 and school from 6 to 11, well, that's another story...

 

Damn,our school starts after 15 days again in monday.

You know, I seriously think I've come up with the best system for this:

Say you went partying Friday night, got smashed, drank lots, passed out, got 2 hours sleep, then ate breakfast at a chippie on Saturday morning. That's cool. Say you went raving on Saturday night, got hammered there too, and passed out. Then you'll sleep sunday (what else would you do? It's sunday).
And then you think; "Hell, it's monday tomorrow. Darn!". I mean, if you go to sleep; you're only gonna have to get up again. So just don't sleep. Hell, why not go partying again?
No sleep = No getting out of Bed.

I have one alarm clock next to my bed with snooze alarm on, set to go off about two fours before I am supposed to get up. Then, I get two hours of "Just a few more minutes..." before the OTHER alarm clock goes off when I HAVE to get up on the other side of the room making the kind of racket to wake the dead even witrhout the help of a cleric

It sounds dumb, but it works. Has worked for years. You get the "Just a few more minutes" but you alsoo HAVE to get up...

While I was in middle scool, Monday should have been my fave day to wake up. Guess why? Because my bus didn't leave until 07.40. Every other day it left 06.40. So Mondays were the best days to wake up, objectively. Subjectively?

I hate my alarm clock.

Not only does it force me to wake up, when I loathe almost nothing more than doing so, but it also regularly FAILS to go off, so I wake up late and have to RUN down the CORRIDOR and have a QUICK SHOWER! It's NOT fair, GoDAMMIT!!

 

Buy a new one and smash the old one to pieces. I hate whole Monday, because we have TWO HOURS of P.E.

Eze loathes P.E. and slices her PE teach into little pieces and feeds them to Cerberos

 

Since I always stay in bed for 15 minutes or more after I wake up, Monday morning isn't any different. (Well, except this Monday... Exam in the morning)

 

Im going to be hungover this Monday morning, but thats OK. No Work Tomorrow! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
