Spiderman was always my favorite comic as a kid, and now it's my favorite Marvel Movie, with the X-Men movies in close second and third. :rolling:

Ditto on what Kitrax said. Haven't seen the Hulk yet, and Daredevil was just too disappointing to get over. It reeeeally could've been great. Sad really. :(

I voted for X-Men, but where are the options for the Doctor Strange and Captain America movies? Is there some kind of boycott against those movies just because they came out pre-1990's? ;)

There was also a Punisher film out in the early 90s but I really don't think anyone would even consider voting for it if it was on the list.

Anyways, I have seen all of the listed films and found all but one of them to be roughly equal but my vote is for Spiderman by a slight margin over X-Men, with X2 coming third and the Hulk a close fourth. Daredevil would be dead last, by a huge margin.

I think we can all honestly beleive that Batman owned all of the Marvel comic heroes. That is because he was awesome.

Batman isn't a Marvel comic hero. He's from DC. You can't vote for Batman in a Marvel poll.

    @ Baezlebub

Do you mean Batman in general or the Batman series of movies from the last decade or so?

If you mean Batman in general I would say that is a matter of taste, if you mean the Batman, Batman Returns etc. series then I would have to say that I am very much in disagreement. While the first film was decent the rest made Daredevil look really good. In fact, I would say that the Batman film from the 60s was better, at least it made me laugh.

    X-men for me.

Choclate faced Tobey Maguire ruined Spiderman.
And X2 is just more of the same, a lot better looking though.
Hulk i have not seen the new one, though there was an old interpretation which generally was a lot of grunting around.
Dont get me started on Daredevil.

Pshaw, Batman is a waste, he would get killed by a mutant superhero.

"Ohh look at me I slide down a pole with teenage boy, don't threaten me I'll make some machine that might hurt you."

Wolverine is the greatest superhero of all time.

Wow, I already forget if I decided on X-Men 2 or Spiderman. Shows how lazy I am. And I really think that they did a horrendous job on Hulk.

Actually, I think that The Hulk ia the best of the recent flock of Marvel movies - they did some really cool things with the cinematography (like the on-screen 'frames' when the action was slow or when there was no dialogue). They also took the story as seriously as I had hoped they would, with relatively few painful alterations. In my opinion, the Hulk's animation was really good for where CG is right now, and you can't help it if his bright green skin looks a bit silly against a desert. That is just the way colors work.

X-Men and X2 tie in a close second for me, I think Wolverine is the greatest mutant of all time. (So maybe I am biased!) The action is great, the writing not bad, and the actors are perfect for their roles. Also, the exposition in X1 was done really well, to the point that very little time was wasted in X2 with more exposition. Hopefully X3 (or whatever they are going to call it) will be just as incredible.

As for Spiderman, i hope that the sequels are not nearly as corny as the first one, because after the second or third time seeing it, I was starting to get a little sick of the terrible writing. The action, special effects, and cinematography were good, but the writing STANK.

Daredevil? You couldn't PAY me to rent that one again. I am glad that I did not go see that one in the theatre. Colin's Bullseye was good, but everything else was total garbage. I think the only part of the movie that I enjoyed was Kevin Smith's cameo appearance. Otherwise, it was a pretty boring move.

And don't get me started on how lame DC superheroes are compared to Marvel heroes.

    My fifty cents.

Actually, Falstaff, the only things that I didn't really like in Hulk were the comic book like frames, and the whole plot in general! Seriously, there was no bad guy/villian/nemesis type character until the very end! That was a really bad decision, if you ask me.

Well, personally I thought it would have been a much better film if there had been no super-villain. I felt that putting in a battle with a lame Absorbing Man wannabe only detracted from the story. If they had kept the actual physical combat to the Hulk vs the military it would have been a great improvement.

True, the Absorbing Man was a bit silly.

@reepnorp - in The Hulk, the struggle is largely internal, rather than external - the General is more of an enemy than a villain, and Banner's dad is not quite a villain, just mad! Bruce Banner is struggling with himself, what is inside him - that is what makes the Hulk so cool.

I really liked X2. Pyro, Mags, and Nightcrawler are pretty cool.
