    That is most certainly a prevalent attitude among many soldiers, how else do you justify shooting the people in the first place? This general was just stupid enough to say it out loud. Pandora's box is open, do not be surprised that it contains unpleasant things.

    Maybe General Mattis should have a good old fashioned dual - 'pistols at 50 paces' with an insurgent and see if he likes 'brawling'.

    I guess its easy to enjoy brawling from the distance with superior fire-power.
