I am having lots of fun playing as a Tremere, but I would love to try the 'sneaky' route. I just wondered how one would play as a Nosferatu as humans are not allowed to see you. Does this mean that you cannot purchase weapons and armour, meet Gimble (is he human or vampire?), get Heather as a Ghoul, complete the 'thin blood' quest or quests involving Arthur Killpatrick?

BTW it was amusing getting the Russian guy to kill his bodyguard by telling him that he was a bear, and his bodyguard was salmon :D

As a Nossie there are a few quests that you cannot complete, but I'm not sure if the Thin Bloods quest is one of them. Later in the game though there are a few Nosferatu specific quests that iirc more than make up for what you miss out on. You can still get Heather as your goul, remember that Gary (The nosferatu that Terese put a bounty on) has a goul who you meet both outside the blood bank and in the club.

You can still buy as weapons as normal, but I'm not sure about blood sachet's (from the blood bank), this also shouldn't be a problem as you get 3 points of blood per rat as opposed to the usual 1.

In terms of how you would play it, all of the essential quest locations are near sewer exits and Obfusicate can get you to the ones that are not. You pretty much kill everything that sees* you in missions, and most of them occur in combat zones (which are not affected by masquerade restrictions), so this shouldn't be too much of an issue.

*though not necessarily everything that you see. Remember that at higher obfusicate levels you get a backstab multiplyer. Also patching the game is even more important for a nossie, particually at the society of leopold (where obfusicate will cause major slowdown).

Hope this helps, its a great game!!

^ Patch: official AND unofficial. Just remember that once you reach the second half of the game, you have pretty much seen everything.
