[IMG] I am playing a sorcerer at the moment and after taking Lavok out to die in the sun, I went back into the sphere and was immediately accosted by the Solamnic knights who wanted my help to get back to their world, O mighty mage.

Right after this, Teos of the Cowled Wizards teleported in and arrogantly declared that he would tolerate my ownership of the sphere provided that I would do certain tasks required by him from time to time. For the Solamnic knights, he suggested I either
    1) kill them
    2) ask Ribald who might know of planar travel
    3) request help from Order of the Radiant Heart who deals with knights

Has anyone encountered this and know which is the most rewarding route to take? My sorcerer is True Neutral and does not want to take option 1.

The other thing is I have read on this board that I am supposed to get Apprentices once I get the sphere as my stronghold. Is this supposed to happen later or the fact that I refuse to help Tolgerias (but helped Valygar instead) led me down an alternate quest route?

Would appreciate any help from fellow sorcerers/mages on this. Thanks.

Go to Ribald in Waukeen's Promenade.

You will need to pay 9000GP.This cost is to get a mage to appear who will send
them back home. You will get a Golden Girgle and 9000 exp. This is the best option.

A little later when you go back to the Planar Sphere you will be confronted again by Teos who will give you the apprentices to train.

Thanks, will try that when I get home. Looking forward to my own apprentices, hehe.

[IMG] A "Golden Girgle" - is that some sort of magical mouth-wash then? +2 vs garlic eaters.
Sorry - only kidding! Tyops happen to the best of people!

It's alright. I knew what Beldax meant ;)

mike, was "Tyops" done on purpose to illustrate the point, perhaps? :))

Ganz - in answer to your question, I ONLY throw stones in glass houses (i.e. yes!). It's an instinctive hatred of hypocrisy that I have. There's nothing I hate more than somebody saying "You screwed up. I'm perfect!" I just wanted to make it clear that I wasn't trying to come from that angle.

[IMG] If you're really quick with the talk button you can get a 2nd Girdle/Griddle/Gargle before they teleport off. I sold it to offset that hefty fee.

[IMG] Got you, mike. Wholeheartedly agree with you on that - hate that holier than thou attitude. Although you needn't have to worry - your first message did not give that impression at all.

Now I'm going home to get me that Golden Girgle. Kinda tempted to follow Erran's suggestion and get a double girgle.

I made a very DUMB mistake here...I already paid Ribald 9000gp and went to the Order. Then I went back to the Planar and slept there for 8 hours and I thought that the girl mage he would sent wouldn't come so I made the Knights go to the Order and after a few days the girl mage came and asked if I am ready which i asked her for a refund and she refused. Damn! I waste 9000gp there!...anyways my money now is about 140k. Tip: don't follow my lead here :)
