[IMG] I finished the OC, taking every quest i could get, exploring every spot i could find, sometimes S/Ling to check out different mutually-exclusive conversation options, et c, and yet it feels as though i've missed a whole chapter or something. Are the hencmen's stories, for example written anywhere out as texts {preferable in the henchemn's own words}? Was it possible to tie a romance with Linu, the way you could do with the girls {and the gay tiefling} in BG? What are those dragon-slippers everyone are talking about? And aren't there supposed to be 4 chapters + 4 epilogues?
    1) Neverwinter - Helm's hold
    2) Port Llast - Luskan
    3) Berounna's Well - Neverwinter
    4) ???
Was there supposed to be another chapter after i defeat Morag? Haedraline hinted on something, but maybe that was just to keep the story open for the expansions... Also, how come SoU starys at 1st level? Shouldn't it start in vaguely the same level on which you're expected to have finished the OC? :=S

Aribeth is the most explicit romance, although you can get hints from Linu and Sharwyn.

SoU starts on level 1 because the character is a new one. You can't both be a superhero and saviour of Neverwinter and a student of Drogan's who's probably a teenager with acne. As the characters are different, there's no reason to make the adventure start on the same level you finished the OC, except maybe to show you higher levels. But the latter was done in HotU where the character is supposed to be the one who finished SoU, therefore starting on even higher a level than when you finish SoU.

SoU starts at level 1 because it is much more fun to start at level 1.

Aribeth? Nice... she said in chapter 3 tht she feels i'm a freind to her, ans Gend said Aribeth and i have "developed a bond of friendship", and i guess that's what enabled me to redeem her in the end and convince her to return to Nasher, but i haven't really noticed romance options with her...
Linu responded to a compliment saying she's not sure whether she's ready for a new relationship yet - is that it?

Anyway, romances and starting levels aside, have you any input on my other confused questions?

The return to Neverwinter and the battle with Morag is the finale - it's all of Chapter 4.

Can't recall any dialogues about dragon slippers, although I know they exist in HotU and maybe in the OC. Useful things - +2 Dex, immune to Fear and Knockdown, IIRC.

There aren't really many "romance" options in NWN - at least, not in the same way as in BG2, where I feel it's one of the most interesting PC development inclusions in the game. Much of NWN's are implied. Aribeth's only "blatant" romance dialogue comes after you have smacked Maugrim down and go to see her in her cell.

Linu and Sharwyn both have fairly out-and-out "I want to be with you" lines, but those come at the end of Chapter 3, don't go any further, and you have to dig a bit to get them to say that, IIRC.

Haedraline is predicting future expansions... which don't feature the Hero Of Neverwinter as such, but which you can import into.

    Hope that helps.

    EDIT: Woo-hoo, I've reached 4 figures on my post-count!

The dragon slippers you can get in Helm's hold, but only if you are a very bad boy/girl. Free Chaohinon; if you are Chaotic Evil he likes your evilness so much he gives you the slippers.
