I've been looking for Oberon's Estate for I don't know how long now (For the Thieves Guild quest) and I'm stuck badly. Could someone tell me which quadrant of the city it's in? I thought it was in the western part where the hall of wonders is but it's not there. I looked in the northwestern part as well, where Entar Silvershield's house is and the north central where Ramaziths tower is but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone give me a tip? Is there a clickable sign on it if that's what I'm missing? Because as of now, I'm totally stuck...Thanks in advance for who answers this basic question. (my cluebook shows the friendly arm inn as the northcentral part of the city instead of where they mean so I'm not really sure if they mean the western part or the northcentral near Ramazith's tower). What confusion....Sorry to ramble....ok I'm done now lol.

    From Dan Simpson's guide: Oberan's House: Central Section (AR 0700, x 3400 y 100).

There is some mention of doing Narlen Darkwalk's (also a thief guild member) side quests beforehand to avoid some unpleasantery. I don't remember many details anymore, as I typically don't do the thieves guild quests anymore.

If memory serves, central BG (where the carnival is) on the far east side.

Correct in both cases. You really want to do Narlen's quests first.

Oberan can be murdered with no loss of reputation, plus a few nice items.
