Broken Pixel recently had an opportunity to interview Brent Knowles, co-lead designer on Neverwinter Nights. Brent talks about what many consider the most exciting facet of NWN, its Dungeon Master and remote game hosting capabilities. The interview also covers some common questions about the single- vs. multi-player aspects of the game. Here's one:

    5. BrokenPixel > Will players be able to import their single-player character into the multi-player realm?

Of course you can; there is no distinction between the multi-player game and the single-player experiences. The joy of Neverwinter Nights is that you may play through our campaign, even off-line if you wished, and then continue the adventure with, for example, downloaded modules made by other players, or the on-line campaign run by a human Dungeon Master.
