number of spells for sorcerors, druids + CHA question...

Can someone point me to a table that lists the number of spells for sorcerers -- number they can memorize per level and how many they can cast. And are theirs modified by INT (increased)?

Similarly, does anyone know of lists of how many spells Druids can cast per experience level?

And also, when you trade, it appears that only your protagonists' Charisma determined price (plus rep modifiers)? So do the charismas of your NPCs not matter for trading?

I could be wrong on this, but I'm pretty sure that the prices on purchases are dependent on the charisma score of the character that is speaking to the merchant. If your PC is the leader of your party, it'll probably be his score that determines prices. But if you have another party member do the talking, the prices will change, so that, for example, Jahiera will get you better prices than Minsc. Always best to let your most charismatic character do the buying.

One caveat, if you have a mage who already has a high charisma, casting friends right before you enter the shop will give him godlike charisma (and, therefore, heavenly prices).

Ok, I've tried this:

I changed my Charisma by removing my Helm of Glory and Plate of Balduran (one point each. No change in prices on both magic and ordinary items. Maybe my Paladin's high charisma made it a moot point. The manual only mentions the effect of Reputation on prices, though. And under charisma it only lists Reaction Adjustment... no mention of prices.
