The Dungeons & Dragons Online Official site has posted a new Dev Diary entry by Sig. Here's a snip:

Welcome to the Dev Diary of the Dungeons & Dragons Online Quality Assurance (QA) department. I will be your guide through the wonders of the testing of Dungeons & Dragons Online. Do not be afraid of the bugs you may hear about in this column. By the time you read this, these bugs will have been beaten, stomped, and smashed to a fine mist.

QA represents you. Until the game is in beta, my QA team and I are the closest to the target audience that the development team will see. Some of the variety of backgrounds on my current team includes a recent law school graduate/former police officer (Me), a hard-core IT guy/former postal worker (Sean), a career gamer/QA specialist (Michael) and a recent Duke physics graduate/programmer (David). Despite our differences, we all have one common passion: D&D. Personally, I have been waiting for this game to be made ever since I used my Commodore 64 to roll stats for NPCs, generate wandering monster encounters, and calculate treasure finds.
