    With Vampiric Touch you can't do more damage than the creature's current hit points +10 (as that is all that is required to kill them). If you are using it on Gnolls, that is most likely the reason you are seeing less than 60 damage.

    i have a question for anyone who might be able to answer it.

    The three CD keys you have are most likely for each of the three official modules that have been released: Neverwinter Nights, Shadows of Undrentide, and Hordes of hte Underdark. If you bought them all in the single Platinum set, then each computer will require a separate Platinum set in order to play together in a multiplayer game, whether in a LAN or on an external server.
