Here are today's Neverwinter Nights 2 forum highlights, collected by NWVault from Obsidian Forums. Please take into account that these are only single parts of various threads and should not be taken out of context. Bear in mind also that the posts presented here are copied as-is, and that any bad spelling and grammar does not get corrected on our end.

    A question from a dev.
Hail people of the Obsidian Boards, When I have some spare time I load up the original game and play some user made stuff. Since there are TONS of user made modules I would like to know from you guys what you think are the most impressive, unique, interesting, heavily scripted, fun, etc. user made modules. I would like to see modules that push the limits of the scripting and engine. If you could post a link where I could download it, and give a brief discription why you think it's worth my time to play, then bring it on!

PS: I am just looking for cool user made modules to play when I am not working on KOTOR2.

Axe the henchmen, go with full party memberst
Just to put some fears to rest, no matter how your companions are controlled they will have deep personalities, banter between themselves, and other niftiness. They are members of your party, not hired swords (well, there may be a genuine merc or two).

    FrankK, Programmer

Request that NWN2 use same NWScript language
The script language will remain more or less the same. We will be providing some extra stuff for people who don't like to script though =) Now you only have 18 months left to speculate on what that is!

Lootable Corpses Out Of The Box...
Lest ye think we sit around poking junior designers with a stick all day...we had this dicussion in the lead meeting a few weeks ago. We've got it covered.

More: Details are always subject to change, particularly this early in the game. It suffices to say that nobody is happy with magic bags appearing in place of corpses and something else will be implemented.
