Will my PC be able to walk UNDER the Bridge he/she just Crossed OVER?
Unfortunately, over/under type walkmeshes are not going to be in. As was mentioned, quite some time ago we took a real hard look at putting that kind of functionality into the engine, but in the end it was going to prove too radical a change for the rest of the engine.Technically, the new walkmesh and pathing system is designed with over/under construction in mind... but the walkmesh is but one part of a very large and complex game engine. When considering the implications of over/under areas on the rest of the game systems that were already in place (AI, D&D rules implementation, scripting, et al.), it simply proved to be not practical. And we still want to ship in 2006, not 2007... I suspect y'all feel the same. ;)

How scalable are you guys gonna be able to get this thing?
It's looking like it should be fairly scalable. There will be a vertex lit option for the lower end machines.
