Here are today's Neverwinter Nights 2 forum highlights, collected by NWVault. Please take into account that these are only single parts of various threads and should not be taken out of context. Bear in mind also that the posts presented here are copied as-is, and that any bad spelling and grammar does not get corrected on our end.

    Tileset Speculation
This has come up before, but I'll mention it again. Tiles are not going to be used in the same way in NWN2 as they were in NWN1. A lot of speculation about tilesets here on the board is not really applicable to NWN2.

    512MB ATI Vid Cards
Yes, the beneits of an SLI setup are going to be very dependant on the specific application... if you're already CPU bound, you'll probably see a slight reduction in framerate. That said, you might still be able to gain a large amount of visual quality at that slightly reduced framerate. On the other hand, if you are GPU bound... you'd be able to see significant gains in performance and/or quality.

    Atari's Pre-E3 Press Event ended...
Its fairly unusual for an independant developer, like Obsidian, to have their own booth at E3. There's usually no point to it that would justify the expense and effort.

    New GameBanshee Interview
I've been wanting to announce full party control for awhile. I'm glad it finally that information finally got released. Many forum goers had griped about that for a long time, so it was hard to stay quiet about our plans for companions. :)

More: Let me clarify something, because I'd hate a careless phrase to build up expectations. You will be able to take control of a companion and direct them just like you would your own character. It's too early to go into details about related game systems, so don't go crazy with assumptions. :)

Mere of Dead Men, West Harbor and ?Pirates?
West Harbor is a new village, so a goodle search shouldn't turn up anything related to Forgotten Realms. And NWN2 covers a lot of ground, so not everything announced is even close to each other.
