    I have got the Journal and the book and talked to the guy at the governor district. But still conuld not get anything

    If you picked up the Journal at his Estate in the Gov district, and chatted with Barge in the Docks, and picked up the Notes off of the (dead) contact found in the INN then you have what is needed to bring up an investigation.

    However, If you are talking to Roenall's boss then you may want to Q-save then try various dialogues with him. You'll trigger the correct dialouge and you'll see a list of 'items that you have to initiate an investigation' for him to respond to.

    If this doesn't work...?? Dunno. Something is 'awry'.

    Im having big problems with this one as well. I have the jounal from Gov district but i cannot find the document on bargs contact's body. I think in my case its some sought of weid glitch.
