Need Help with Jaheira

    [​IMG] This is some sort of new bug i think.Jaheira's charisma is droping constantly and now she has only 1 point:(Then comes again message Jaheira:Charisma modification
    Jaheira:Death
    So her Charisma come to zero and she dies :mad:
    I'm in the 2-nd Chapter and she's not yet cursed.
    So if anyone knows anything about such a bug please help me:)

    Wow, thats weird. What do you have Jaheira equipped with? Not that I have heard of it, but maybe she has cursed equipment on that reduces Charisma constantly until death. If you are wearing anything that you have not identified, and cannot remove, that may be your problem.

    yea weird it is.I've already found the problem in one of the posts - The rod of terror....
    NRWER USE THAT ITEM.It's not cursed that's the problem.The Rod of Terror has 20% chance to drain 1 or 2 points of Charisma PERMANENTLY.That'll teach us to read the fine print i guess :bang: 10x newertheless...
    If u know of a way to cure it tell me:)But i don't thik so the stat is not red.

    I wonder if the ring of human influence would work. It sets the charisma of the wearer to 18, but I don't know if that ability would subsequently be affected by the rod of terror. The ring is available early on in the game, but I can't remember where.

    If the ring of human influence is worn while using the rod of terror you will not die when your charisma hits zero. When your charisma hits negative one remove the ring and you will have a 25 charisma. I was mad when I discovered this, I was hoping to get all the cool negative charisma perks from 1st edition ad&d rules.

    Alternatively, you can also sell the rod, then create the number of Books of Leadership and Influence equal to how many CHR points she dropped with the CLUAConsole (provided you have cheats enabled).

    The code is - CLUAConsole:CreateItem("book07")

    Careful, though: it's heavy! :bang:
