Need help finding Saemon

I think I have a bad copy or something cause I seem to be losing people left and right this time through the game. Anyway here's my situation:

I just finished going through Spellhold and talked to Saemon. I chose to go with him instead of using the portal. Now everything went fine with him asking me to get the horn from the lady's house, I go in there and she's laying there with some guy talking. They finish talking and notice me, I kill a couple pathetic pirates, take the horn from the table and proceed to the docks to meet up with Saemon.

On the way I kill the little group of pirates(one has a +1 quaterstaff! woo) and then I get stuck. Saemon is nowhere to be found! I've tried so many different ways of going about this part of the quest that I'm just out of options and came here for help.

The only thing I can't do is get the horn without the lady noticing me, but I think she's supposed to see me. Anyway am I forgetting something here? Is he hiding out elsewhere in town or maybe I need to get something other than the horn? I tried going into the pirate leader's house but he won't talk to me and if I kill him I get some exp and that's it.

Any help would be great, thanks!

ps-this is actually the first time I've went this route, for some reason I always went straight to the underdark. I'm really hoping he's somewhere other than the docks cause he's not there in my game.

 

To find Saemon you have to go to the right end of the map past the pirates - when you press Shift+X, the dialogue window should display X 2950, Y 2500.

 

If he is not there where Modjahed posted, check the Inn where Saemon was before.

Well it seems I ran into a bug in my game, I checked ALL over the blasted city and he's nowhere to be found. I checked the inn again and nothing, went all back through Spellhold and checked every single house again.

I even stooped to using CLUAConsole to take my chars to the boat scene with a bunch of pirates on it when the githyanki attack. I had high hopes at first because when I talked to Saemon he asked me about the horn. I gave him the horn then there was a scene where the pirate lord kills the lady that had the horn, only problem is nothing happens after that and I can't kill the gith captain...seems he's invicible.

Anyway that was the cheating way and it of course didn't work so now I'm thinking I need to go back into Spellhold and take the portal *cry*

Can anyone think of anything else I could do?

 

Yeah, zip the game up and send it to someone who can fix it!

You're not supposed to kill the Gith Cap'n IIRC, i tried for ages, he's supposed tpo start dialogue, so you just need to wait for him.
