Need feedback on Nalia's romance mod...

    I am not sure whether anyone here has played it... well, I gave it a try and hmmm, some oddities.

    First, I would say that usually normal mods contain something like a readme file, not in this case /at least I did not see it/. I would also like to have an idea as to how to monitor this romance with SK or CLUA. I understand that it does not work like normal BG2 LoveTalk based romances. I have no idea what and how triggers the next dialogue, but I am not able to trigger it with CLUA. It says something ABOUT Lovetalk does not exist... so I have no idea where in the romance I am.

    All these seperate branches are weird too - I did the Nalia's youth love quest, I did the slaver quest /I took out Twisted rune in Chapter 2, woohoo for me!!! Snares, Skulltraps, Balduran's shield and insect plagues win the day :) /

    After completing the twisted rune, the ROmance Active variable was changed from 1 to 3... I have no idea, why? Besides, the romance conflicts are not resolved for some reason - I am still wooing Jaheira even if Nalia and protagonist is married, lol.

    There would not be such problems, if there was a "spoiler" guide, like Lord Mirabbo has set up for Imoen's romance. If there is a problem, you know how to solve it, with Nalia's romance I don't even know if there is a problem.

    Btw, why is it called romance? All they talk is about helping poor, politics and revolution, grrr :)

    [​IMG] The Nalia mod is confusing, the LT and RA variables are all confused.

    There are three branches of "Romance" All mixed up. Oh yesh - don't sleep with her when isea is after her.

    I'll try and find what I can if you PM me, I have played through it and may be able to help. :)

    I don't think I got this dialogue at all, and I have already done Twisted Rune and isea is behind bars... do you mean the dialogue when she proposes the marriage after the funeral, and you get to say :"Oh, goodie, I guess we get to sleep together!" ?

    Most of the important mods have their own forums to receive feedback, bug reports and the like... in this case, I'm not really sure what to do when something goes wrong. FWS are planning d'Arnise romance, so perhaps I should wait for that.

    [​IMG] I mean later in the dialogues - when something happens and Isea is after you :hmm: I think you should just go to it's own forum - on the site with it there is one.

    [​IMG] I'm having some problems with this romance too. I just did the twisted rune (took me 9 tries to get everyone to survive) and I picked up "Isea's Documents" and went to the Gov. District to give it to Brega but I didn't get the option to do so. If anyone can give me an idea of what's wrong I'd appreciate it. I tried the Nalia Romance Forums, but I can't seem to open them... I've only got the Nalia Romance installed with it's patch.
