I played a MP game a while ago, and created the party of six, but I had my computer changed recently and I can't remember how I did it.

Can anyone tell me how to play Single player, MP player (I know what I mean! ;) ).

    1. Create the party of six in MP
    2. Save the game
    3. Copy the MP save game into the SP save folder
    4. Load the game in SP

    Is this what you wanted?

No, sorry if I didn't make myself clear, I wasn't quite sure how to say what I wanted but I'll try again.

I want to play a party of six of my own creation, and to do this I need to start a MP game, right?

So I have done this before, without an Internet connection on my computer and I can't remember the settings I needed to start the game, and it freezes when I choose certain things like IPX.

I know its possible but I can't make it work the game won't let me.

Sorry if this is a bit long winded, and I think this makes a bit more sense. I hope...

I believe you have to select "Serial" in your connections setting menu. After that, it should work fine.

I just tried that Aldeth but my game froze.

I just did a search for Multi Player games and the freezing problem came up a few times, it had something to with Direct X or something.

It also said there was a fix on this site so I'll hunt that down but thanks all!
