    Is there a way to get rid of "Movement Speed Decreased"? my dex is down to 1.... can i reverse the spell or something?

    I got the same thing while fighting that devourer or something... If you go to the hall of justice and ask aribeth to heal you, it will go away.

    Any potion/scroll of lesser restoration (or better) should work as well
