    If memory serves me right, I think you can find one as the loot from those two guys close to CC when you first come there. They attack you, and one of them should have MS scroll.

    BGII spawns the spell scrolls rather randomly, though you can find some high level ones if you are really lucky!

    Yeah it does spawn them randomly, but I REALLY want that spell :( I was hoping it had a fixed place

    Actually it has a fixed place besides random places.

    You can buy it from Carlig in Underdark (store). Carlig is one of three dwarfs you stumble across there (south part).
    These dwarves will tell you of Imprisonment and Freedom spells and of imprisoned mage in Underdark... etc etc.
    Anyway, I think I gave you enough info.

    Much easier: CLUAConsole:CreateItem("SCRL8R")
    Shouldnt this really be a Conjuration/Summoning spell instead of Evocation?

    (BTW dont flame me for being a cheater i just know how to use the console)
