I'm in a bit of a hurry, so here's the summary:

    Pre-epic it goes like this... monk 12/fighter 4/assassin 4.
This should give me BAB of 16 amongst other things, so i'd get another attack.
Once epic, fighter lvl will be taken for Epic Weapon specialisation&focus, monk levels at least until 16(for d20 fist damage), but more likely 20. All the rest goes to assassin. It's all subject to change, but up till now, this seemed the best way.

The tactics: Improved knockdown or stunning fist to start the fight with a tough enemy. Once flat-footed, Death attack kicks in. Con DC of 14 isnt much, but the duration is an amazing 4 turns, which guarantees me his death at the first failed save. My attacks will be plentiful, to say the least, so there's always that 5% of the enemy rolling a natural 1.
I also get Uncanny dodge and ghostly visage from assassin levels.

I think the assassin is more useful than rogue in this particiular build, but feel free to correct me :)

I havent decided yet, but it also seems the way to go is dexterity-monk. Uncanny dodge guarantees me my AC always and the sneak attack damage makes up for the lack of pure damage output.

    Thoughts? :)

Yup, I'd go DEX-based. And I'd definitely pick Assassin for this build. The Monk gets the best goodies from the Rogue class anyway, and Assassin will help you avoid XP penalties. Are you using fists, or dual-wielding Kamas?

The powergaming's way would be a dex20 halfling, dualwielding kamas. Of course, once we're already there, there's no real point in so many monk levels, instead, i'd end up with a pure sneak attacker.

Mostly for roleplaying reasons then, will i go dwarven Dim Mak (pressure points) master.
Pure dex way would've been better too, but i'll go somehow balanced dex/str for the time beeing. There's high chance i wont get to epic, so it doesnt matter all that much :)

Is this build for the official compaigns, for online play, or for other modules?

You can replace Fighter with Blackguard for some extra sneak attack damage. Monks get Cleave (a requirement for Blackguard) for free, so it's a pretty good fit. Six monk is enough for Improved Knockdown.

I've messed around a bit with a STR-based monk/blackguard/assassin. Huge damage, poor AC, but you kill stuff so quickly that AC isn't that big of an issue and Assassin's improved invis helps with this quite a bit.

It was intended for online play, but as soon as i've tried it, i noticed monk multiclassing is disabled on the server i play ;(

I thought about blackguard, but for 4 levels worth, all that's useful is d6 sneak attack and Bull's Strenght once per day. Adding points into charisma would spread them out too thin, turn&create undead is of too low a level to be effective.

Four fighter levels offer more IMO - +1 AB from weapon focus, +2 damage from weapon specialisation and qualifying for epic weapon specialisation later on. Ranged weapon proficency, useful sometimes.

The thing i most like about this build is the flexibility. It's best role is as a melee supporter, using it's sneak attack with very decent AB and plenty of attacks. It also gets Spell resistance, though not of much use against pure spellcasters, if needed, Improved spell resistance epic feat can be taken.

Hmm, but I find that sneak attack is still only mildly useful, as most of the really tough enemies are immune to it.
