    [IMG] Hey guys.

I downloaded the Kidnap of Boo Mod, and I just walked into the Bridge District (doing Jan's quest about the girl), and Minsc lost Boo.

I was unable to read any words which Minsc said in the dialogue box, nor could I read my own options of what to say.

So can someone please give me the spoiler of how to solve this quest? Because Minsc isn't really valuable with just 10 STR! :D

Is this Unfinished Business? If so, I think you have to go to the docks and go into the upstairs of the inn there. There will be a little boy to talk to. It sounds like you have a mod conflict or some other bug if the dialogue is screwed :)

Yes, that's part of Unfinished Business, and support can be found at http://forums.pocketplane.net although I'm afraid I cannot remember the answer to the query at this time.

As for messed - up dialogue, that suggests that you installed a non - WeiDU mod or the Official Patch after a WeiDU mod, or installed something while the game or a game editor was running. Either way, a reinstall in the correct order should fix it. :)

Thanks guys! This website kicks arse! I love it!

Yeah, um...I usually put on the standard BG2 patch after installing each mod! I didn't know it was bad to do that!

    Edit:

Umkay, well I haven't re-installed anything for fear of losing my saves and having to start over, so Im just going through the quest blindly, pressing option 1 in the dialogue boxes (wherein I can't see the dialogues), and it lead me to a stable, and then to the Government District.

Can someone lead me what to do now here in the Government District?

I just wanna get through this quest quick! :D

    Edit #2:

    Nevermind I finished the quest!

Cool quest! Wish I coulda read the dialogues though! Minsc's dialogues are the best!
