[IMG] In my evil or otherwise known, unforgiving ways, I have been on the look-out for ways to lower reputation. If you need to lower it early in the game and not drastically, you can do so by killing Nalia's aunt at the de'Arnise Hold. Basically we grudingly accepted Nalia's quest, trashtalked her and wouldn't let her join, looted the keep and killed the beasties, came out and killed her and her mom, and the Captain of the Guard. Lost 4 rep points when we killed her mom. She only gives you 650 gp for the quest, that wasn't good enough for me, but having Viconia kill her was. Viconia also killed Aerie when she was still an ogre because we didn't trust her, and Jaheira bit the dust (by Vic of course) when she got cursed and we saved her, then led us to her Harper hold only to get us ambushed. A quick 20 second discussion between Edwin, Korgan, Jan, Viconia, and I resulted in Jaheira's "sacrifice" right in front of the pretty statue in the Harper Base with all her dead friends...muah ha ha!

[IMG] If your rep is as messed up as it is, why don't guards attack you at every entry into the city and why do shops (aside from the black market) still sell to you? In BG1 Flaming Fist would just keep spawning all the time.

ah. Well, just make sure You've bought everything you want to before you drop to the bottom of the rectum, coz I wouldn't wanna be you TRYING to buy from merchants at repuation 1-3, IF they sell it to you, they'll probably triple costs. :D
