losing gold when casting certain spells...

    [​IMG] I just noticed this recently, but apparently some spells cost gold to cast. I want to use stoneskin but it ends up costing a few hundred gold each time to use it. It's not like there's an endless supply of gold to get somewhere in the game (not that I know of) so do I just severely limit the use of this spell?

    Yes, you do have to limit the use of the spell, although gold is quite plentiful in this game, especially if you sell some of the high end swords you find later on.

    The loss of gold represents the cost of the diamond dust used to cast Stoneskin in PnP by the way. It's all in the manual....
