    You know, I missed him the whole first time through the game. I didn't even know that anyone sold scrolls in the game. They put him in such a remote location that I never found it while exploring. The first time I went through I didn't even have a mage, but I was afraid to start one for that reason.

    [​IMG] you know it is funny I had the game almost beat and I went back there just to buy all the scrolls he had I was running a heavy magic group..It was worth it thought bought a lot of scrolls from him

    You can also purchase scrolls from Geelo the Librarian on level 4 of Dragon's Eye (this is before you uncover that the Eldathian temple is really a nasty icky place.) I think that you have to purchase the ice storm scroll from him - it doesn't show up in his inventory after you kill him, but flame arrow and Monster Summoning I do...if you have two mages you can buy them all and then still have some scrolls for your other mage.
