    Other than some wolf clothing, will I find any CHA boosting stuff in this game? I'm really looking forward to making my Sorcerer and Bard better.

    A mage robe in Severed Hand, its HoF version gives +3 INT and CHA boost IIRC.

    Use "Eagle's Splendor", at higher levels it lasts so long that you can consider it permanent.

    I'm nearly sure all CHA boosters in IWD2 are "enhancement" type, meaning they will not stck with each other. And there are precious few (if any) better than the 2-5 points you get from Eagle's Splendor. If you get a bad roll, just recast it.

    Yes and by the time you receive that, the game will be over.

    The normal mode version however, will bestow a +2 bonus for both ability scores if I'm not mistaken.
