    No, I'm not opening a restaurant, I just want to know some locations. I just have the regular, store bought games installed, and I CANNOT find this Shield of Balduran everyone is talking about. Do you have any idea how tough it is to get past those bloody Beholders in the Unseeing eye quest when you are at a relatively low level??!! I hate those guys, I really do. I'd also like to know where this Staff of the Magi (or is it the Staff of Power?) and this Robe of Vecna is. Are these pieces of mods or are they in the original game? if the latter, where are they??!! I've been everywhere!

    You will need to install the bonus cd, i think.

    The robe of vecna and shield of balduran are sold by a woman named Diedre in the adventurers mart. Upstaris.

    The staff of magi is in the bridge district. You need a rogue stone to open the door, and i think its trapped as well. Just above the dor where the graveyard quest ends.

    I think they are included in the lastest ToB patch as well. You'll need it. It cleans up some romances and helps with that "x appears busy" and won't talk to you stuff besides.
