If they're found guilty, they should be forced to pay all his medical expenses related to fixing this, including reimbursements to the insurance company.

That is some weird stuff... I can't help but wonder what they tattooed on the boy... nor how exactly they came up with that weird idea.

That's some trouble; removing a tattoo from such a visible place -and without causing scars to boot. I bet the subject of it is, what else, genitalia. Nothing like walking in the park with a black "pipe" tattooed to your forehead.

It's good that unlawful imprisonment was added to the charges. I am strongly in favour of doing that. I believe they should always add it if the offenders restrain the victim anyhow. Even if it's just two teenage bullies who lock a kid in the toilet, they should still face regular unlawful imprisonment charges.

We used to do this to mates for a birthday presant during their 21st birthday, but they knew it was gonna happen and it was felt pen, nothing as harsh as a tattoo, I would go as far as killing somone who scared my skin like that.

Always fun to draw phallic shaped objects on a passed out mates face but actually making something permanent? How did they think they could get away with it?

The punishment should be extreme. Torture is obviously one of their crimes in this case. I hope they get the book and the baliff thrown at them.

Chev, I agree with this, but believe it or not, unlawful imprisonment is the lesser charge. Unlawful imprisonment is merely a misdeamor, that doesn't carry more than a one year prison sentence.

The assault could carry a charge of up to 20 years, depending on what type of assault they charge. They will probably charge 1st degree assault, as that is defined as anything that can cause permanent disfigurement, and as the removal of the tatoo would likely leave a scar, that's permanent disfigurement.

Ah yes, another worthy news item that renews my faith in humanity.

If there is any fairness in the world, they will end up in prison, and hopefully one of the prisoners will be familiar with their story. This would insure that they never have a lonely evening and that they receive plenty of interesting prison tattoos.
