    She doesn't show up there until you get the quest to kill her though, so you may have already been there.

    And you have to promise him to kill her.
    I just chose the option that I'd think about and went to the ice cave and she wasn't there. I had to go back and promise him to kill her.

    The dialogue option is something like, "Very well. I will find this priestess."

    You'll know you hit the right option/options when Kressalack says, "Be quick about it! I can already feel her presence in the Vale. Return to me when you have dealt with her. Until then, I have nothing more to say."

    She has some friends with her (more or less, depending on where you've been). Save your game.
