    [​IMG] In the Umar Hills I can talk to the guy with the book - history of Zenhith. . . - DID ANYONE WORK OUT THE CLUE ? I SURE AS HELL COULDN'T! - anyway. . . do I want to accept 'the challange and get silver dragon blood? I know I should be true to my alignment, but if I tell the guy what Ithink of him he runs off.

    This is funny, because yesterday, when I quit BG2 I was just at the same quest!
    You can say that you'll chase a silver dragon and find its blood, it won't harm your reputation. If you say no, he will run off and tell you that you'll come acros the rune or something, so I guess you'll have to wait to you do... Just like me...

    I was playing as a ranger and had finished all of the quests for that before I spoke to this guy. I agreed to get the blood. I then went about my business. When I came back to Umar Hills, I had been evicted! My cabin was locked and the Mayor was saying that I was not the right kind of person for the job, etc. As far as I know, promising to get the blood was the only evil thing I did in that length of time. Was this just a glitch? Luckily, I had a previous save.

    I don't have any Evil aligned characters, and my rep is 20, but I can still do the quest. I just want to know who is behind all of this...
    And if I turn my back on that guy now, he says that I will meet his friends from The rune or something soon enough...
    Where are these guys and where is that dragon, I won't kill it, so you can tell papa Punisher ;)

    I was unable to do the Tanner Quest, so this is only hearsay, but I've heard that if you don't accept his quest you can find him in Trademeet to kill him if you want.

    The rune he's talking about is probably the Twisted Rune, a seemingly secret society with a secret access to their inner sanctum in the Bridge District. A Rogue Stone will gain you access.

    The Dragon is in the Underdark.

    Yep, trademeet it is for the tanner.
    Windspear for the (skin-)armor-contact (you should solve the pzzle on hte skinners script (use the name of the mage you killid in the basement).

    These guys of the twisted rune are pretty tough!
    First time all my characters died, because I expected only one lich or something in there, 2nd time 2 characters survived: me and Aerie!
    Guess I'll heve to defeat them again... That staff of the magi is real cool!
    Can you use it as a +5 weapon against Kangaxx?
    And do +4 weapons hit him also?

    I think that +4 wpns can kill Kangaxx, though I'm not sure. I always use Carsomyr, Silver Sword and The Equalizer to kill him :lol:
