    Okay, I released Kelsey from the party to go and talk to his brother. Now it's been over two weeks of in-game time and he still hasn't come back. Have I lost him forever? Any help would be appreciated.

    If you're in SOA, yes, he's gone for good, sorry about that, but it's like sending Keldorn off to be with his family. In TOB the opportunity comes up again in a different way and that time Kelsey WILL come back.
