    Hayashi is right: Sir Keldorn Firecam [ <= RIGHT SPELLING !], trusty Inquisitor and member of the most noble order of the radiant heart can be found in the sewers under the temple district (yes, where you find the fabulous "party in the sewers" and the "rakshasa with the [EDIT ;) ] kobolds in the sewers"). When you meet him he's killing a zombie. He is there to offer his assistance in solving the "unseeing eye" quest.

    kobolts and goblin what is the difference, their both death with one hit. And it are indeed kobolt with the rakshasa, the goblins are near the secret door that goes to that wizards (what's his name, Mekrath or something like that, well, the one with Haer'Dalis) hide out
