Keeping quests through chapters?

    I went to Watcher's Keep in order to buy some stuff there, though I didn't think about the quest. I realize now that in order to be able to buy things, you have to accept the quest. Since I'm only in chapter 3 so far, I reckon it's a bit early for that (heck, I haven't been out of Athkatla even). I remember that the quest log goes empty when you start a new chapter. Since I probably won't do Watcher's Keep until late SoA, the quest'll get erased.

    Can I still do it later (etc.) ?

    Slight Spoilers!!

    You can do it later. AFAIK (meaning it hasn't happened to me), the quest logs aren't erased when a new chapter begins. I've had the Unseeing Eye quest still active in chapter 6 when I talked to the Helmite in chapter 2. Another one is taking the acorns to WIndspire Hills for the dryads. You get it in chapter 1/prologue and I don't finish it until late chapter 6.

    You might never have noticed, but the log contains buttons so that you can move back and forth between chapters. So that, for instance, if you've started chapter 2, you can view the quest log from chapter 1 to see that you still have to deliver those acorns.

    Bah, no problem at all. I usually make a quick visit to the first floor of WK to pick up the Quiver of Plenty and the Crimson Dart, and then don't come back until ToB, and I've never had any problems.
