    Anyone know how to unlock the chest in the screen shot I've provided? This is in Jysstev's Estate in the Government District.

    (the estate you go to for the Illithium/artist quest from the Temple of Helm).

    I've searched the entire house, pick pocketed everyone inside and still can't open this. It will not open by picking the locks, bashing it or casting knock.

    I don't recall ever not being able to open any lock. If I ever had trouble I'd give my theif a potion of master theivery and watch the locks fly.

    You might go pick up Jan quick (since you're party is practically on top of him) and have him try it.

    Won't make a difference who does it. It can't be opened by normal or magical means, which means there is something I need to do to get it open. Either a quest or find an item to open this.

    If anyone is playing the game, could you check this for me because it's very frustrating. Thanks ;)

    [​IMG] well i was unable to pick the lock ofcourse, but i had Nalia cast Knock and it worked fine. there is a potion of extra healing in there and that is it. i do have screen shots if you would like me to email them to you. must be a bug.
