Java problems

    [​IMG] I'm having problems opening Java applications since I installed Windows XP. Either the applications don't open up, they open and freeze, or IE just crashes/closes. I didn't have such problems with WIN98/Win2K, on a much slower and older pc.

    1)Anybody know what can be done to solve this?

    2)If this is browser related, I'd prefer staying with IE but if this is the cause of the problems any advice (other browsers) will be welcome.

    All I can advise is to visit www.sun.com, perhaps you can find something there that helps. You can also download the newest Java runtime enviroments from there.
