    The .bat file to convert the IWD/IWDII sounds (voices) to BGII format does not work. Does anyone have a link to a possibly working batch file?

    Are you sure you put all the files to be converted in the right place? You need to follow the instructions as if the path to the files is screwed up it won't work.
