    Interplay is officially out of cash and can't pay the debts. Here's what Reuters says:

    LOS ANGELES, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Video game company Interplay Entertainment Corp. (IPLYE.OB: Quote, Profile, Research) did not pay most of its employees for the four months through mid-November, has no cash reserves left and cannot meet its obligations, the company said in a quarterly report to regulators on Wednesday.

    [​IMG] Alas poor Interplay, I knew him well. Im surprised EA doesnt scoop them up like it has with other smaller companies, pay their new employees ludicrous salaries then abuse them.

    Interplay is publishing "Ballerium", a MMORTS title.

    When are the fools going to learn that MMO titles and console titles aren't going to make tons of money, and that they just insult CRPG fans?

    Well, they probably don't have a very large variety of games they can publish at the moment - what sane developer would want to work with them?
