    LOL = Laughing out loud

    Though, ever the stubborn one, I refuse to succumb to the urge to use these. The English language has been abused enough, and I, for one, will not be a part of it.

    Once again, two shiny little coppers for you all.

    Actually, that's more AOL-talk. I would expect nothing less from that group of people than even further ratarding up (sorry, can't think of another word right - just woke up and can't think without coffee) the English language.

    Leet speak:
    Formally Elite speak.
    1. Take any word and replace it with somthing that sounds remotely the same. e.g Hacker-Haxor, Sucker-Suxor, HAHAHA-JAJAJA, You-Joo.... There are standards but most constantly evolve.
    2. Take any letter, find a character that resembles it, replace it. e.g E-3, T-7, L-|, A-@ or 4, S-5, W-\/\/, M-/\/\, H-|-| or ][.... LEET ends up as |337. ASS ends up as @55 or 4SS.
    3. Go out there and confuse the hell out of anyone who issn't a |337 H4X0|2 D00d..
