    Hi,

A few months ago, I played SOA up to the Underdark, with these mods and fixes :
    - SPfixpack SOA version
    - Ease of use mod
    - Fixed Grand Mastery problem
    - All Race Romances

If I install TOB now, will my savegame still be good? Will the dialogs files be ruined? I shiver at the thought of installing TOB and having to start SOA all over again with a new character.

Maybe I should finish SOA first before installing TOB, then just import my charater and items to TOB - with a clean install of SOA?

    Thanks.

If that's all you've got, I don't think there'll be a problem. None of those are actually what I would call mods; they're all fixes and tweaks. Go ahead and install ToB. :)

You need to uninstall ToB before upgrading. Afterwards, you can reinstall your mods. If you install them in the same order you should have no problem. Remember that the Sorcerer's Place fixpack isn't compatible with ToB.....so you can't use it with ToB installed. Use Baldurdash or the G3 fixpack (should be out really soon) instead.
